So pleased to have found Sonia. An injured arm/shoulder from tennis, wasn’t getting much better, until I received treatment from Sonia. She explains what is wrong and the recommended treatment very clearly. Two sessions and I was able to play again. Sonia is great at what she does and truly understanding and compassionate. I have had 5 sessions with Sonia due to suffering from a L5/S1 disc issue. Results have been slow and steady but I can now drive, walk and have regained feeling in my right leg and foot. I was also suffering from intense muscle spasms which I haven’t experienced since I started my treatment. Even when I felt that I wasn’t getting better Sonia has reminded me of how far I have come. My journey with Sonia has been transformational. I have suffered with chronic upper back shoulder pain due to work and poor posture for as long as I can remember. A recent health scare with numbness in my hand and severe debilitating pain, brought me to Sonia. After failed previous physio and GP appointments, Sonia has been the only one to relieve me of my pain and worries. She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and most of all empathetic. I first visited Sonia about three years ago for back pain, and saw a real improvement after her treatment. So when I recently had issues with my back and hip, I didn’t hesitate to return. I've known Sonia for a long time and had treatment in past. However, recently I have got in touch with her due to severe neck pain caused by whiplash but only got agrevated due to the nature of my job. Sonia has provided me with best treatment on the first day i felt so much better. She is genius 👏
